General Questions

Q: Where are you located?
We’re based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and offer van delivery and pickup within 200 miles of Idaho Falls for your convenience.

Q: What kind of vehicles do you rent?
We currently rent two fully built-out Mercedes Sprinter Vans and one rugged INEOS Grenadier 4x4 SUV with a rooftop tent —ideal for backcountry adventures and off-grid escapes. We also rent out AWD SUVs so you can save money over renting them from us on Turo.

Sprinter Van Rentals

Q: What’s included with the Sprinter van rental?
Each van comes with a premium off-grid setup:

• Queen bed with linens (Just over 6 ft long)

• Kitchenette with stove, sink, and fridge

• Solar power and lighting

• Heater and A/C

• Fresh water tank and propane water heater for sink and outdoor shower

Q: Do you provide camping gear?
Yes! We offer a full camping gear add-on so you don’t have to pack a thing. This includes chairs, cookware, a table, camp stove, lighting, and more. Just let us know what you need.

Q: How many people can the van sleep?
Our Sprinter vans comfortably sleep two adults in the built-in bed. The kitchen table and seats can be converted into an additional twin bed.

Q: Can I take the van off-road?
The vans are built to handle gravel and forest roads, but no extreme off-roading. It even has s winch on the front! For tougher terrain, we recommend the INEOS Grenadier.

Q: Is there a bathroom or shower in the van?
Our vans do not have built-in bathrooms. We provide a portable toilet if needed as an optional add-on. Many guests also use public or campground facilities.

Q: What do I need to bring?
Just your clothes, food, and a sense of adventure! We can provide almost everything else with our gear packages.

INEOS Grenadier Rentals

Q: What is the INEOS Grenadier best for?
This 4x4 beast is perfect for exploring rough trails, high mountain passes, and remote campsites that most vehicles can’t reach. It’s ideal for day trips or paired our rooftop tent setup.

Q: Can I rent camping gear with the Grenadier too?
Absolutely. We can include camping gear or a rooftop tent setup with your Grenadier rental for a fully equipped overland experience.

AWD Vehicles Rental

We have a strong presence on Turo, and have many great reviews! If you would like to rent one of our vehicles and save money and fees over renting with us from Turo, you can rent from us directly through here! Just send us a message with your dates and we will try to accommodate you. We have two Land Rovers, and Audi Z7, Suburban, (all seat 7), BMW X5, (seats 5), and a Chevy Tahoe that seats 8.

Booking + Logistics

Q: How do I check availability?
Visit our [calendar page] to see open dates for each vehicle. If you see a gap that fits your schedule, just text or message us and we’ll reserve it manually for you.

Q: Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes! We’ll deliver or pick up your rental within a 200-mile radius of Idaho Falls, including Jackson, Bozeman, Salt Lake City, and more.

Q: Is there a mileage limit?
We include a generous mileage allowance of 100 miles per day on the sprinter vans, and 200 per day on the other vehicles. Extra miles can be added for a fee—ask for details when booking.

Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation terms- as long as your trip is over 5 days out you can have a full refund. After that, it is a 50% refund till the day of.
